During the intensive panel, he and his fellow panellists comprising of developers, retailers and real estate, tackled several issues such as how retail malls can be differentiated; whether it is necessary to include retailers in the blueprint stage of retail mall development; and the latest trends in mall design.
Mr Chua contributed to the panel session by giving his input from an architect’s perspective on how thoughtful architectural design for retail malls can involve not only the architects, but also the developers, retailers and other partners, in order to create a unique and memorable retail experience. Thus, redefining the retail experience of the future.
