DPA Director, Mr Seah Chee Huang at Smart Tech

Smart Tech, hosted by Schneider Electric in partnership with Indesign Media Asia, was recently held at Space Furniture on November 7. DP Architects Director, Mr Seah Chee Huang was invited as a panel speaker alongside Schneider Electric Singapore, Country President, Mr Damien Dhellemmes, and Head of Singapore Studio, Benoy, Mr Terence Seah to discuss and share their experiences on the integration of smart technology into the built environment. The panel was moderated by Indesignlive.sg and Cubes magazine Editor, Narelle Yabuka.

During the discussion, Mr Seah gave insights at how the implementation of technology was pivotal in the integration of services for Our Tampines Hub. He also introduced DPA’s development of a new app – DP Hospitality App, to assist architects with future planning of hotels, and Project Bus Stop, a pilot project for a smart bus stop that integrates interactive technology and various other amenities to enrich the daily commuting experience of public transport users.
