Far East’s SOHO Magazine Features The Cape

The Cape was featured in the May 2016 issue of Far East’s SOHO magazine. The concept behind the residential development came from its geographical setting located close to the seafront on popular East Coast as well as the Joo Chiat/Katong neighbourhood that was lined with heritage shophouses, quaint stores and eateries. The result was two dynamically-designed staggered towers that managed to maximise the relatively intimate plot size.

The development epitomised how flexible and space-efficient residential architecture could still be designed with a high degree of liveability as well as connectivity to key hubs and locations.
