Jacqueline Pong

Director

Jacqueline Pong pursues excellence in design servicing and authentic partnerships. This is something that she has remained steadfast in since her early involvement on the Crockford Towers and its surrounding amenities such as the high-end retail Galleria, Hall-of-Vaults and Festive Walk in the Resorts World Sentosa project. Experiencing DP’s successful collaboration with Michael Graves & Associates on the mega resort development in 2009, Jacqueline understands the value of design partnerships.

And, she continues to bring the spirit of collaboration to the table. It has enabled her to help project teams navigate differing perspectives for win-win solutions and achieve excellent outcomes. In fact, Jacqueline was the key integrator of an 80-person team for the Dubai Creek Harbour Retail District in the United Arab Emirates. She also played a part, as a key project team member, in the successful completion and delivery of the award-winning OUE Twin Peaks. The luxury residential development in Singapore clinched Silver at the 2018 London Design Award.

Today, Jacqueline’s portfolio of works spans across diverse typologies, scale and geography. Internationally, she was part of the team for Lusail City Commercial Boulevard in Qatar. In Singapore, she contributed to the 2004 addition and alteration works of the notable Wisma Atria along the famed Orchard Road and is presently working on two hospitality developments on Hoe Chiang Road and Waterloo Street. A Green Mark Accredited Professional, she is driven to forge a better-than-sustainable future for generations to come. She will be instrumental in helping projects achieve the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark (GM) certification, including delivering the GM Platinum certification for the hotel on Hoe Chiang Road.

She is also a strong believer in DP’s core values and an advocate of continuous improvement. Through her leadership in DP Academy, she aims to develop impactful DPians both personally and professionally, equipping them with the necessary skills to face the ever-evolving built environment landscape.
