DP Architects named one of Singapore’s Top 10 Architecture Firms

DP Architects (DPA) has been recognised for the 18^th consecutive year as one of Singapore’s leading architecture firms at the BCI Asia Awards 2023.  The award highlights the design practice’s commitment to delivering impactful projects of architectural excellence. The ceremony was held on 30^th June 2023 at Fairmont Singapore.

The annual BCI Asia Awards is dedicated to encouraging “the creation of socially responsible architecture and remains one of the most coveted awards in the regional building industry”. The Top 10 Architecture firms are determined by “the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year”, as well as their commitment to sustainability initiatives and attainment of green building ratings, such as Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark Awards, for projects.

Over the years, DPA has continue to evolve its design methodology and deepen its capabilities to deliver design solutions that address the climate crisis and needs of Singapore’s changing socio-economic landscape and dynamics. This is encapsulated in recent significant projects including Singapore’s pioneering model of integrated community and lifestyle hub, Our Tampines Hub (2017); the synergistically located Paya Lebar Square (2015), SingPost Centre (2017) and Paya Lebar Quarter (2018), which have revitalised Paya Lebar Central; HomeTeamNS Khatib Clubhouse (2020), which was awarded the Green Good Award 2022 under the Green Architecture category for its employment of environmental and community-centric design strategies; One Punggol (2023); the latest integrated hub in Sembawang, Bukit Canberra (2023); and Dulwich College (2023), which is the first new building and international school to receive the Zero Energy rating under the new Green Mark 2021 Certification scheme.
