Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019

Designed by DP Architects with developer SonKim Land Corporation, The Galleria Residences @ Metropole was named award winner of the “Residential High-Rise Architecture Vietnam” category in this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards. It was also given the highest rank of five stars in the “Best Apartment/Condominium Vietnam” category.

Additionally, The Galleria Residences @ Metropole was named nominee for “Best Apartment/Condominium Asia Pacific” category and will be competing on with other nominated projects in Asia Pacific on international level.

Situated in Ho Chi Minh City across the Saigon River from iconic Opera House and flanked by a bridge to the south, The Galleria Residences @ Metropole comprises three residential towers with unobstructed views towards the river and central business district. Responding to its natural environment, it features a series of staggered and stratified balconies and apartment volumes, reminiscent of river rock formations. Reflective surfaces on the textured façade create a dialogue with land, river and sky, defining the unique relationship between the urbanscape and nature.

The awards ceremony was held on from 14^th to 15^th May at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Hotel, Queens Park in Bangkok, Thailand.  Mr Tan Jiann Woei, director of DP Thailand, received the award on behalf of DP Architects.
