DP Architects is Singapore’s Largest Architecture Firm by Singapore Business Review

DP Architects was featured as the number one architecture firm out of 20 other firms in Singapore by the Singapore Business Review.

The article raised points on the challenges faced within the construction industry in Singapore. With the decline in revenue experienced, rising staff and material costs, local architecture firms have turned to opportunistic ventures overseas as alternative solutions to stay competitive and gain international exposure.

Ms Angelene Chan, CEO of DP Architects, gave her insights at how digitalisation is the key driver for the industry’s growth. She mentioned how digitalisation transforms construction projects today, with the introduction of computational design techniques such as the Building Information Modelling (BIM) automation and VR/AR technologies, with the addition of real-time building performance feedback, data-driven design and artificial intelligence.

The article also featured several other leading architectural firms as they presented a collective input of how the local scene and changes in dynamics can be improved.
