DPA featured in latest issue of CUBES: Productive Practice

In its 89^th issue “Pursuit of Productivity”, CUBES focused on how the construction industry is being transformed for greater productivity and efficiency in a myriad of ways. In an introspective piece titled, “Productive Practice”, DPA directors Chan Hui Min and Seah Chee Huang, and DP Design director Mike Lim speak to CUBES.

Through DP’s design ecosystem and framework “designFIRST”, the directors shared about the company’s continual stride forward to push design boundaries through DP’s design ecosystem and framework “designFIRST”. This ecosystem allows us to “leverage on our core strength of the concept of ‘we’” where we develop and grow expertise knowledge and optimise processes to better cope with new digital realities.

Mike also described the successful way forward to be one that is collaborate. For example, this effectiveness of collaboration could be seen in the usage of the BIM model.

Since transforming its internal processes for cross-pollination of knowledge and skills, including the integration of its various specialists into one team, DP Architects continues to further strengthen the partnership through this synergy.
