DPA Projects Receive CREDAward 2020 Accolades

Inaugurated in 2014, the China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAward) is the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. With a Judging Panel made up of influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers, it has developed into an influential international award in China due to the authoritative judges and strict judging process. It has been praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards.

In this year’s CREDAward, five DPA projects received accolades with Our Tampines Hub (OTH) clinching the Silver Award for Public Buildings. As Singapore’s pioneering model of an integrated hub, OTH synthesises many micro-environments into one, giving a sense of place and community unprecedented in scale, complexity, and density. As a superblock of everyday life, it condenses 13 governmental agencies with over 30 facilities under one roof for residents to gather, bond, and create lasting memories.

Other projects from DPA garnered Merit Awards, namely Liuzhou Poly International Center, Nanjing Chuangyuan Tower, and Frasers Tower for Public Buildings and Luneng Hailan Mansion for Residential Projects.

This year’s CREDAward received 1,616 works from 457 companies with submissions from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Kazakhstan, etc.
