Singapore University of Technology and Design in Archinesia

The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), designed by DP Architects in collaboration with UN Studio, was recently featured in Archinesia Magazine’s Dec/Jan Issue (Vol. 8). The article discusses the institutional need to facilitate social interaction among students and how SUTD’s design accommodates those requirements. Using several diagrams and plans as reference, the article illustrates SUTD’s high level of connectivity; a key integrative factor which is achieved through the design’s consideration of flexible spaces that can be adapted to multiple uses.
