Pramod Gangolli

Mr Pramod C Gangolli’s interaction with architecture started as a child when he visited the ruins of Hampi (A World Heritage Site in India). Fascinated by the scale, feel of the spaces, and the way the ruins responded to climate, the visit sparked the desire to be connected with architecture.

He graduated from B. V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering & Technology Hubli, Karnataka and joined DPA as an intern in March 2005 and has since worked on several local as well as overseas projects besides being on the design team for competition entries. As a young architect, he designed the Esplanade Open Air Theatre in Singapore.

With inherent flexibility to handle change, he always believes in building one-on-one relationships to service current and future clients with the utmost professionalism and push design boundaries.

As a leader, he advocates openness and honesty in all aspects and works towards collaborative goals. He encourages team members to brainstorm and come up with their suggestions and empower them to think creatively, develop their confidence, and foster a sense of ownership, and in the end celebrate their success.
