SOHO @ Podomoro City is a prominent development within the overall Podomoro City Masterplan that promises a continual experience from Central Park, with its relationship and connection to the neighbouring project being a key design consideration. The architectural motif of a dynamic vortex was adopted to signify its continuous motion and connection from Central Park, while giving it an iconic presence that sets it apart from its larger predecessor.

The concept of a fluid ‘green loop’ further connects the two developments both physically and visually, re-affirming the development as a key gateway to its surrounding vicinity. The downward green terracing form of SOHO @ Podomoro City’s office tower coincides with the curvilinear façade and the canopy at the retail podium. This green feature continues to sweep across Podomoro Avenue along the pedestrian sky bridge and, fuses into the arched form of Central Park to complete the ‘green loop’.

Even within the compactness of the site, generous areas are dedicated to form a collection of green spaces to soften and bring relief amidst the built environment. The podium roof is, in particular, verdantly landscaped with a diverse range of plant types; terraces on the lower ranges of the office tower are adorned with lush green planters; along the Eco Sky Walk, at its name suggests, green pockets can likewise be found at frequent intervals.
